A community or embedded network supplies multiple customers behind a shared connection. The network owner or operator manages the private distribution infrastructure, while ASENO can act as the authorised electricity retailer supplying customers. Solar, battery storage and EV charging may be integrated where they suit the project, but they are not inherent to every embedded network.
ASENO provides transparent, market-competitive pricing. Any site-specific pricing commitment is set out in the applicable customer offer, Critical Information Summary and contractual arrangements.
