ASENO works alongside Sustainable Asset Co and the UCS Group to deliver integrated energy outcomes, from private network infrastructure through to the retailer on the customer’s bill.
ASENO
Authorised electricity retailer and renewable energy provider. ASENO manages customer offers, billing, payment support, retail compliance and customer service, and delivers solar, BESS, EV charging and off-grid energy projects.
Sustainable Asset Co
Owns and operates private electricity distribution networks where applicable, including licensed distribution infrastructure in South Australia.
UCS Group
Provides electrical, civil, engineering and infrastructure delivery capability across the wider group.
Together, the group can plan, build and support energy infrastructure for the long term, while keeping the responsibilities of the retailer, network operator and delivery contractor clear.

Granted an AER electricity retailer authorisation on 16 December 2025, enabling ASENO to retail electricity under the National Energy Retail Law in participating jurisdictions.
