Moving home

Whether you are moving in, moving out, or transferring to another ASENO community, here is how to take care of your energy.

/ Overview

Moving made simple

A little notice helps us get your move right, whether you are arriving, leaving, or moving between ASENO communities.

Let us know your dates and we will coordinate the account closure, final meter data, final bill and any new connection request. Timing remains subject to metering, access and network requirements.

/ How it works

Whichever way you are moving

01

Moving in

Complete the Get connected form before your move-in date and we will confirm the account and connection status.

02

Moving out

Submit the move-out form so we can close the account, obtain final meter data and issue the final bill.

03

Transferring

Moving to another ASENO-supplied property? Tell us both addresses and move dates. We will close the old account and create the new one, subject to the connection status at the new address.

What we take care of

Provide the approved notice period and we will coordinate:

  • Creating the ASENO account and coordinating any connection request at the new address
  • Obtaining final meter data for the old address
  • Your final bill for energy used
  • Closing the old account and creating the new ASENO account
  • Updating your contact and payment details
