Safety & life support

How to register life support equipment with ASENO and prepare for planned or unplanned interruptions.

/ Overview

Register your premises for life support protections

If a person at your premises relies on eligible life support equipment, register the premises with ASENO. We will record the details and coordinate with the relevant network operator as required.

Registered customers receive the information and planned interruption notices required by the applicable rules. Registration does not guarantee uninterrupted supply or priority restoration, so you should maintain an emergency response plan.
