ASENO Pty Ltd holds a current AER electricity retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law for participating jurisdictions. As an authorised retailer, ASENO is responsible for customer offers, billing, payment support, life support registration, complaints and applicable retail compliance.
The private electricity network is owned and operated by the relevant network provider, such as Sustainable Asset Co where applicable. Renewable energy arrangements vary by community and are clearly explained in your ASENO customer offer and supporting information.

ASENO may supply GreenPower-backed electricity or support on-site renewable generation, depending on the community and the applicable customer offer. We will clearly state what applies to your address and will not imply that every site includes on-site solar or battery storage.
